We have a wonderful restaurant of gourmet food... Exquisite for any hour of the day, with the preparation of our specialized chefs able to please the more demanding tastes.

Las Palapa Restaurant is open from 6 am to 10 pm. We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, cocktails and an exquisite and singular menu at night. Additionally, in the surroundings of our Hotel there's a great variety of good and cosy restaurants.

 All organic and locally sourced cuisine cooked with love by Chef Dave.

Reservations only and please let us know by 3:00 PM as all food is cooked fresh for that meal.

Open Thursday-Saturday; one seating only between 6-6:30

Please come early to enjoy a fabulous sunset from our amazing incomparable mirador and please bring your own wine to enjoy.  We will provide an opener and wine glasses.

Chef Dave prepares one four course meal which differs each night featuring primarily locally caught seafood.  If you let us know in advance he will be happy to create vegetarian options.

Our price is $18 for four courses.

We are located in the La Cusinga Eco-Lodge, 3K South of Uvita at "the hole in the road".
